Links2Care is a multi-service community organization which resulted from the merge of two great legacy agencies; Halton Helping Hands and Halton Hills Community Support and Information. Links2Care delivers a wide variety of services and programs region-wide for children, youth, adults and seniors. Links2Care brings together over sixty years of experience in delivering quality service to the community.
